Risk & Complaints Manager
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join a successful Birmingham law firm as Risk & Complaints Manager.
This is a varied position that would involve dealing with client complaints and advising the firm’s senior leadership on regulatory risk issues. You will report directly to the Managing Director and enjoy a great deal of autonomy. Some of the key responsibilities are outlined below:
Investigating and resolving client complaints in a fair and timely manner
Discussing client feedback with Solicitors to improve service delivery
Ensuring complaints are handled in accordance with SRA guidelines
Maintaining Complaints Register, client service register, and feedback portal
Advising on current regulatory guidelines
Maintaining Risk Registers
Reviewing AML procedures and reporting any risks to the board of Directors
The position would be ideally suited to an individual with experience dealing with compliance and complaints in a professional services environment. The varied nature of the role would suit an organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
