Interim RMS Planned and Cyclical Manager

We are supporting a London Local Authority to recruit an urgent interim RMS Planned and Cyclical Manager and ensure all RMS Planned and Cyclical work streams are attended to within the appropriate timeframes.
Key Responsibilities of the Interim RMS Planed and Cyclical Manager:
- To design, develop, organise and manage annual programmes of work across all the RMS Planned & Cyclical work streams including Kitchens, Bathrooms, Adaptations, FRA works, Victoria Street and other special projects
- Responsibilities will include directly managing a team of administrators, operatives and subcontractors to deliver the programme to timescales and budget from design development to financial completion and invoicing
- Organising and managing a robust supply chain to ensure there are no delays or disruption to programme continuity
- Ensuring all work stream programmes are managed with due reference to service delivery demand, quality standards, customer satisfaction, productivity targets and cost control
- To provide effective and efficient Planned & Cyclical maintenance services for all stakeholders, focused on demand led service delivery to our customers, in accordance with quality standards, Health & Safety regulations and specialised legislation
- To deliver the Planned & Cyclical programmes fully in alignment with RMS ‘Safe Systems of Work’ guidelines ensuring Health & Safety RAMS is front and centre of all operational procedures carried out
Skills, experience and knowledge required of the Interim Planned and Cyclical Manager:
- The ability to manage and motivate staff within RMS to ensure the profitability of the business and the achievement of the performance and customer satisfaction targets
- The ability to develop, manage and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Able to prepare and submit quotations and tenders to deadlines
- An ability to make timely decisions in variable conditions and circumstances
- Ability to produce and monitor performance against an agreed plan and targets
