Role Overview:

We are seeking an IT Rollout Engineer to deliver Windows 11 upgrades across GP practices in the Cheshire and Wirral area. This role will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting new systems while ensuring minimal disruption to healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and upgrade Windows 11 across GP practices
Configure and test new systems, ensuring compatibility with NHS requirements
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues arising from the rollout
Liaise with internal IT teams and healthcare professionals to coordinate installations
Conduct post-installation checks to verify system functionality
Assist with data migration and ensure compliance with security protocols
Maintain accurate documentation of upgrades and system configurations

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in Windows OS rollout and upgrades
Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
Familiarity with NHS IT systems is desirable
Experience with network and system configurations
Ability to manage multiple site visits and work autonomously
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
