A position has arisen for a Roofer on a permanent contract within a social housing provider based in Greater Manchester.
The successful candidate must have experience in Roofing
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out reactive maintenance on tenanted properties
- Carry out all aspects of roofing and multi skilled work such as repairing fascias, soffits, guttering work and replacing slate tiles
- Adhere to health and safety standards
Essential skills / qualifications:
- Driving Licence (van provided)
- Roofing qualifications or time served
Desirable skills / qualifications:
- Working at Heights
