SAP ERP Implementation Lead

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Technical Programme Manager to act as SAP ERP Implementation Lead for a public sector organisation in the South West.
The successful candidate will provide interim support for an initial period to stand up the SAP ERP Implementation project, implementing a Cloud based solution of SAP’s HR, Finance and Procurement modules.
Location: Gloucestershire (largely remote, some on-site presence required)
Duration: 3 months initially
Rate: £500 - £600 per day
IR35 status: Outside IR35
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership in shaping and developing the programme
- Establishing the PID and other project related governance
- Taking responsibility for resourcing the team from a combination of internal and external resources
- Working with procurement to select and on-board the System Integrator
Required experience:
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects throughout their lifecycle
- Relevant project management qualification e.g. PRINCE2/APM/MSP
- Demonstrable recent experience implementing SAP’s ERP modules
- Experience working within a public sector or Local Government organisation
