Repairs Scheduler – Gas & Plumbing

A position has arisen for a Repairs Scheduler within a leading organisation based in Llandudno.

This is a temporary contract for up to 6 months 

Your duties will include:

• Scheduling and coordinating gas and plumbing repairs for in-house teams and subcontractors

• Logging and tracking repair requests onto the system, ensuring timely completion

• Raising and completing purchase orders for required materials

• Monitoring and responding to emails from tenants, engineers, and management

• Liaising with engineers and tenants to confirm appointments and follow up on progress

• Accurately updating and maintaining the CRM system

Essential requirements:

• Experience working in a administration role

• Strong customer service and organisational skills

• High attention to detail with administration tasks

• Ability to liaise with tenants and engineers professionally
