Venn Group have been approached by a support organisation and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Scheme Manager – Supported Housing    

Location:         Leeds – Beeston

Rate:               Negotiable dependant on experience   

Hours:             37.5 hours p/week – 9am – 5pm, Mon - Fri

Length:            3 months

The role will predominantly involve:

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a dispersed housing scheme of up to 104 units of accommodation
• Ensuring that the service provides focused, short-term housing related support to clients with complex needs
• Supporting clients to move into the community within the contracted timescales
• Responsible for 9 staff in total (Senior Workers, Housing Support Workers, Housing Assistants)
• Ensuring there is protected time for individual and team reflection and wellbeing activities in line with the principles of trauma informed care
• Ensuring all staff are sufficiently inducted and trained
• Carrying out annual staff appraisals for direct reports

The successful candidate must be able to start within short notice, drive and have experience within a senior positions doing a similar role previously
