School Business Manager
A leading Academy is looking for a School Business Manager to join their teamto carry out support to 2 Principals, ensuring a smooth-running service across their Human Resource and Finance departments.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting HR in producing letters or documentation and policies
- Co-ordinating any onsite shared service e.g. facilities or catering
- Using finance system to place routine purchase orders and Parentpay
- Maintaining office system e.g. storing paperwork
- Being responsible for maintenance of computerised database (SIMs)
- Co-ordinating recruitment process on behalf of Principal
- Liaising with payroll provider e.g. recording staff absence
- Assisting Head of Finance and HR in adhoc duties
- Basic line management for administration team
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- Experience in administrative work in an educational organisation
- Understanding of SIMs or other education based system
