SEN Tribunal Officer

Rate: £400 per day (umbrella, inside IR35)

Requirements: Enhanced DBS
The Role:
You’ll lead on complex SEND tribunal casework, representing the Local Authority at hearings, coordinating multi-agency responses, and ensuring robust EHC plans for children and young people (0–25).
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience with SEND appeals/tribunal representation

Strong knowledge of SEN legislation (Children & Families Act 2014, SEN Code of Practice, Equalities Act 2010)

Ability to manage complex caseloads, deadlines, and multi-agency relationships
