Job Title: Accounts Payable Senior

Job description: We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Senior based in the Trafford Park area on a full time, temporary to permanent basis

Duties will include:

• Supervising and overseeing a team of accounts payable specialists
• Processing and recording purchase invoices
• Maintain purchase ledger accounts, posting and allocating payments
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Review aged creditors reports
• Process employee expense claims and credit card statements
• Contribute to implementation of new systems, processes, and controls
• Processing payment runs and staff expenses
• Monitoring company expenses and budgets
