Interim Senior Business Analyst – Immediately Required

This is a fantastic chance to join an organisation supporting UK Parliament and become part of a highly motivated and innovative team. As a Senior Business Analyst, it will involve driving service transformation and strategic business analysis within the early-stage decision-making process.

Position:                    Senior Business Analyst

Hours:                        35 hours per week

Rate:                          £500 – £600 per day

Location:                    Westminster/WFH (Hybrid-working)

Duration:                    3-Months (Potential for extension)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a defined patch of properties, providing day-to-day tenancy management services for the organisation
• Deliver high level and cross-functional business analysis and design both within programmes of service transformation and at a strategic level, ensuring quality outcomes
• Relationship building with stakeholders across the Digital Service to identify business needs and areas of improvement
• Understanding of, and collaboration with other specialists across the Digital Service to apply digital perspective and deliver innovation across parliament
• Provide role modelling, leadership, and motivation within the Business Analyst community
• Manage and develop Business Analysts across the organisation within a matrix management environment
• Encourage, stimulate and support the wellbeing of the Business Analysts as line managers and within the Business Analyst community
• Provide direction and ownership of functions within the Business Analyst leadership team, including, resourcing and recruitment, training and development

Requirements:

• Experience of applying business analysis skills to provide excellent quality, cross-functional analysis, appraisal and options to obtain high-quality business decisions
• Previous in influencing and persuading at a strategic and operational level in a complex stakeholder environment
• Ability to deliver within a multi-disciplinary team
