Locum Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

£60 per hour umbrella

London Borough

3 month period initially, with the possibility of extension depending on project needs

Full time, once weekly office attendance

Are you a driven commercial property specialist looking to make a difference in the public sector? Venn Group is working with an experienced and well-regarded legal team in a London Borough in their pursuit of a Senior Commercial Property on a locum basis for an initial 3-month period.

Duties:

•  Maintaining a high volume caseload of commercial property cases
•  Providing sound advice to all clients 
•  Training and mentoring junior lawyers as appropriate

Requirements:

• Experience working a caseload in commercial property
• Experience working cases regarding housing and property asset management
• Some experience of residential property is preferred
• Experience in government and public sector developments is preferred
• Experience in governance is ideal
• Valid Certificate to Practice
• Experience working for any public sector organisation or local authority is essential
