The Opportunity
The firm are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their expanding and ambitious team. You will be entrusted to manage your own caseload of acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, commercial leases and licences, landlord and tenant advice and option agreements. Further experience in Agricultural matters would be ideal, but each candidate will be considered on their own merits.

The Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience
- Detailed knowledge of Commercial Property matters
- Knowledge of Agricultural matters
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable
