The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s growing team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for some management of junior solicitors and overseeing the delivery of high-quality legal services to our commercial property clients.

You would be entrusted with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals. Managing a busy caseload of complex commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases. Conducting due diligence, drafting contracts, and negotiating terms with other parties along with providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, and ensuring their interests are protected at all times –

The Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience
• Detailed knowledge of Commercial Property matters
• Knowledge of Agricultural matters preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
