Venn Group are delighted to once again be working with a renonwed organisation in the health sector, to source an adaptable, engaging and highly motiavted communications specialist for the following interim assignment:

Location:         Remote working

Contract:         3 months +

Hours:             37.5 hours p/week

Rate:               £192.94 per day Ltd.    

The main duties of this role will include:

• Producing a wide range of engaging content for the staff newsletter and e-bulletin
• Assisting with the planning, and delivery of, a number of events targeted at both internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively seeking out good news stories from various different parts of the organisation so that they can be highlighted across internal communications channels
• Regularly engaging with new and existing members through both traditional and digital mediums, with the overall aim of increasing buy-in
• Providing advice and support to staff producing departmental communications, such as brochures, leaflets or videos, challenging requests where appropriate and suggesting effective communication methods

The successful candidate should have:

• Outstanding copywriting skills, paired with the ability to seamlessly translate jargon into plain English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience drafting and distributing internal communications to a large audience
• Prior public sector communications experience is desirable
