We are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager based in Manchester, on a contract with a view to permanent role.
Duties will include -
- Contract management, with experience of FM standards and specifications.
- Mechanical or electrical bias.
- Management of a small team of technical staff (10). This team manage the University third party contracts (circa 100).
- Experience of working on a large single site estate would be an advantage.
- Reporting to the Principal Maintenance Manager.
- 35 hours per week (08:00 – 16:00).
- 6 months contract with the potential of the role becoming permanent.
Education/Qualifications -
- HNC or degree preferable, but considerable technical and management experience would be considered. Must have a minimum of NVQ L3 or C & G equivalent.
