Senior Estates Operations Manager

Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in London with the recruitment of a Senior Estates Operations Manager tooversee electrical and mechanical maintenance operations, which are carried out by estate maintenance staff and both internal and external contractors

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months
• Hourly Rate: £32 - £36
• Location: London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the Building services (heating, cooling, ventilation, hot and cold-water services)
• Responsible for diagnosing and identifying faults in complicated engineering systems, building installations, plant and equipment
• Provide technical advice and support to building services and mechanical and electrical systems, to service users, designers and to liaise with relevant teams within the directorate

• Responsible for managing the yearly PAT testing programme, ensuring all electrical equipment is identified and in a compliant state
• To work in accordance with the requirements of HTM’s, Fire code, water regulations, gas safety regulations, latest edition of the Wiring Regulations BS7671, building regulations, health and safety Regulations/guidelines and Trust’s health and safety polices

The successful candidate will have:

• Sound knowledge of HTM’s and HBN’s
• Significant experience of Estates maintenance
