Senior Facilities Manager

A position has arisen for a Senior Facilities Manager within a highly regarded commercial organisation based in South Wales. This is a key role managing facilities services for a three month temporary placement.
The successful candidate will have previous experience managing facilities services within commercial environments, and have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Your duties will include:

Responsible for the day to day management of the facilities within a healthcare environment

Ensure that the services delivered are of the highest quality including housekeeping, portering, reception, linen and post room services

Support the Facilities Manager across the estate ensuring services are delivered in an efficient and cost effective manner

Provide decision making support and information including performance reports, analysis and synthesis of key implications for the Facilities Manager

Routinely manage facilities related risks

Undertake regular audits to facilities services

Assist in the development of policies and strategies relating to the maintenance functions
The successful candidate should have:

You must have experience managing facilities services within commercial environments previously

You will ideally have a background managing housekeeping services specifically

A DBS check will be required for this position
