Job Title: Senior Finance System Administrator
Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Senior Finance System Administrator based in Liverpool
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
2 days in the office, can be flexible
Duties will include:
- Working with the Finance Systems Manager, assisting the development of a new system and providing system support
- Maintaining, developing and reviewing the new systems processes, including starter, mover, and leaver process
- Responsible for troubleshooting and testing to inspect issues
- Managing stakeholder relationships with software suppliers, understanding stakeholder needs and providing excellent customer service
- System administration tasks
- Ensuring processes are in line with the financial regulations
- Responsible for integration between the invoice software and the finance system prevent late payments
- Updating and maintaining to chart of accounts
The successful candidate:
- Experience of maintaining, developing and troubleshooting Finance Systems
- Technical and communication skills to lead change
- Excel skills
- Outstanding business relationships skills with colleagues, suppliers, and system users
- Proactive in suggesting developments and new methods of working
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience of providing training to staff members
