Senior Heating Project Manager

Senior Heating Project Manager required for an immediate start 

Location:                    Cambridgeshire  (Hybrid working available)

Hours:                         37.5, Monday – Friday

Length:                       6 months, temporary ongoing  

Main responsibilities:

• Work with and support a subsidery company within the organisation on the delivery of operational and project management relating to heating and hot water supply to a wide range of properties including both residential and commercial
• Project Manage the Operational service delivery for the organisation, including its respective administrative and governance requirements
• Work effectively with key stakeholders
• Be an active member of the Operational Team for the project and advise on site wide issues with respect to Operations plans, implementation successes and processes that may require review and additional resource
• Work effectively with the Contractors to establish a suitably scaled, robust and efficient Utility service
• Report to the Operations Director and other key stakeholders on operations plan development and implementation
• Manage, report and effectively mitigate risks, where necessary in collaboration with other key stakeholders

Essential requirements:

• Experience in producing complex project plans and delivering on them
• Project management experience with responsibility for delivering an entire work Programme
• Senior mechanical engineering experience in a similar role

Further requirements:

• The role holder will require strong inter-personal skills and need to have the ability to work with and influence all staff across the organisation
• Experience of residential and commercial utility contract management will be advantageous
