Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

Job description: A well-established public sector organisation in the Wakefield area are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position with some regional travel.
The successful candidate will be dealing with:
- Support managers and investigating officers with a range of employee relations issues in areas such as disciplinary, performance management and grievances
- Managing complex absences, attending formal sickness review meetings and supporting with the resolution of complex and long-term attendance management cases
- Pvoding a wide range of complex HR advice and guidance in relation to terms and conditions, recruitment and selection and job evaluations
- Supporting with TUPE transfers and ensuring staff are supported, the correct process is followed and timescales are adhered to
- Coaching and guiding the HR team to ensure the delivery of high quality HR advice
- Supporting the HR Business Partner in the delivery of organisational wide projects
It is essential that candidates applying for this role have previous experience as a HR Advisor and desirable that are fully qualified to Level 5 CIPD.
