Our Healthcare client in Bristolare seeking a Medical Secretary to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This will be temporary for 10-12 weeks before becoming permanent, however the temporary length could be reduced dependent on how well the successful candidate does.
The role is full-time Monday to Friday working either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, based fully on-site.
The successful candidate will be a reliable, empathetic and enthusiastic individual, with previous experience in a similar role.
Day to Day Duties:
- Audio type Consultants’ clinic notes and letters to GP’s
- Prepare clinic notes and reports, and provide copies of letters when required
- Book clinic appointments and answer patient queries
- Liaise closely with other departments to obtain information
- Assist with additional admin duties
Essential Skills:
- Providing high quality service to consultants
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Good telephony and IT skills
