Hours: 37.5 (Mon- Fri)
Daily rate: £269.77- £302.62 via Umbrella (DOE)

Venn Group’s HR recruitment team are recruiting an interim work an interim Senior People Business Partner on behalf of our NHS client based in the Wiltshire. As a strategically-driven senior HR professional, you will be ensuring that People BPs work as a team to deliver a sustainable workforce in line with the strategic OD&P plan.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop long-term business strategy and divisional workforce plans linking with other areas to ensure consistency and compatibility with Trust wide strategic plans
- Work closely with Divisional teams to ensure retention is reviewed regularly and initiatives are put in place to retain staff across the Division
- Promote the use of cost-effective recruitment methods and work closely with the resourcing team to promote campaigns which maximise the recruitment pipeline particularly for hard to recruit areas
- Lead and coordinate activities of the People BP team by setting direction and objectives
- Coordinate and complete the production of the monthly Integrated Performance Report
- Ensure timely updating and development of policies, procedures, quality standards, documentation, and processes management toolkit etc. in conjunction with OD & People Heads of Departments
- Take responsibility for HR policies relating to operational HR
- Present complex, sensitive or contentious information to both individuals and large groups, communicating issues such as workforce development strategies, workforce plans, staff survey action plans
- Develop strong working relationships with partners across the NHS and partner agencies and be able to work flexibly within a changing environment to ensure that people strategies and plans address the key service priorities and Trust Strategy
Essential Skills:
- Previous senior experience held in a similar capacity; including but not limited to, recruitment, retention, refining cultural climate, Learning and Development
- Medical workforce experience
