Senior Planning Officer

We are working with a Local Authority who are recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer to join their team.

Location: Southwest based Council

Set-up: Hybrid – 1 days per week required on-site

Duration: 6 months

Hours: Part-time 22 hours

Rate: £44.29 per hour via Umbrella (inside IR35)

Senior Planning Officer

• The officer would be expected to deal with a caseload of applications, being a mix of minors, householders and some small majors if required
• Assess planning applications
• Report Writing and Recommendations

Experience

• MUST be very experienced at using UNIFORM
• Demonstrable experience in dealing with a wide range of planning applications
• Experience working within a Local Authority
