Interim Opportunity - Senior Property Manager

Venn Group are working with a London-based NHS Trust to secure the services of a Senior Property Manager. The main purpose of this role is to support the Head of Property in providing a comprehensive range of professional property related services.

Hourly Rate: £32-£40 (commensurate with experience)

Length: 4-6 months +

Location: London (Hybrid)

The successful candidate will:

· act as the advisor on land and property matters including acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals/breaks, landlord and tenant issues, service charges, licences and valuations

· provide a space management service including the production of plans and occupancy data

· provide professional property advice including general estate management, leases, licences and other property related matters

· be responsible for the development and management of all Property related licences and leases, SLAs and general Estates info

· manage space within owned buildings and other sites occupied by the organisation as a tenant, portfolio of 40-60 properties

· liaise with teams regarding their requirements and expectations; manage the expectations of teams and assess their requirements

The successful candidate will have:

· Previous real estate, surveyor and/or property related experience

· Good communication skills
