Senior Regional manager
Venn group is seeking a dynamic, inquisitive individual with a passion for rights, diversity and inclusion to fill the role of Senior Regional Service Manager
Location: Bath
Contract duration: 12M FTC
Hours: 37.5
Annual Salary: £45000.00

Day to day responsibilities include:
- Oversee operational management of services across the region
- Support Service Managers with day-to-day running of services
- Ensure services meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and performance targets
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, and service viability
- Lead on improvement plans, implementing changes to enhance service delivery
- Build relationships and liaise with local authorities, partner agencies, funders
- Represent the organisation at external meetings, conferences, and events
- Manage safeguarding concerns, complaints, and critical incidents
- Recruit, performance manage and develop staff teams
- Conduct team meetings, case reviews, supervisions, and appraisals
- Monitor employee wellbeing, motivation, and training needs
- Promote ethos and values, empowering teams to provide excellent support
- Analyse performance data, compile reports for senior management
- Ensure health and safety compliance for staff and service users
- Uphold Julian House policies, procedures and quality assurance frameworks
Essential criteria include:
- At least 5 years' experience working in a management role within supported housing, social care, or related field
- Knowledge and understanding of housing law and support needs for vulnerable adults
- Experience managing services supporting domestic abuse survivors and refugees
- Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and complex needs
- Experience overseeing budgets, performance monitoring and reporting
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong relationship building abilities with partner agencies
- Passionate about delivering positive outcomes for vulnerable people
- Degree in social work, social care or related field desirable
- Valid UK driving license with access to vehicle
