Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Leeds
Salary: £29,117 per annum, plus contributory pension (4%), childcare vouchers, funded external supervision, significant opportunities to access training and an Employee Assistance package
Length: Fixed Term 31st Mar 2023
Hours: 37.5 hours p/week with flexible working
The role will predominantly involve:
- Managing a service that meets the needs of women who are sex working and/or sexually exploited
- Being part of the leadership team, you will be leading a team of 8 frontline staff and pro-actively working with partners including funders to ensure health, social care, housing and criminal justice systems deliver the best outcomes for the women the service works with
- Pro-actively seeking out opportunities to work alongside experts by experience, be tenacious in challenging stigma and take an evidence based, trauma informed approach, centring the voices of women we support at the heart of the work
- Ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place for staff and for women to access services safely and being curious about potential for practice improvement and innovation
- Understanding the importance of safeguarding procedures, promoting workforce development as well as self-care (for everyone in the organisation) and ensuring the frontline team are effectively supported due to the levels of (vicarious and other) trauma experienced
