Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following position available
Position: Service Charge Officer
Location: Liverpool / Hybrid
Rate: £23.30 p/hour (Umbrella/Ltd rate)
Length: 3 months minimum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The role will predominantly involve:
- Calculating and setting new adjusted service charge rates for current and existing customers
- Sending out correspondence with adjusted service charge bills
- Contacting customers via phone call
- Providing a high quality customer service and ensuring compliance for call handling, call backs, resolution and record all customer contact in the customer relationship management system
Position: Senior Service Charge Officer
Location: Liverpool / Hybrid
Rate: £29.32 p/hour (Umbrella/Ltd rate)
Length: 3 months minimum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The role will predominantly involve:
- Calculating and setting new adjusted service charge rates for current and existing customers
- Sending out correspondence with adjusted service charge bills
- Contacting customers via phone call
- Handling any complaints and investigating service charge disputes through to resolution
- Working alongside management
The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of service charges, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good IT skills, knowledge of financial and cost calculation, analysis and financial apportionment
