Role: Service Desk Analyst x2
Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £24k - £27k dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid – Nottinghamshire when onsite
Key duties:
- Employ Active Directory to manage user accounts
- Use and configuration of Office 365
- Relay technical and functionality guidance to IT Users
- Resolve IT User issues over telephone, email, or via remote access
- Laptop deployment; setup and support to help open sites
- Assist on Desktop role
- Diagnosis and escalation, when necessary, of issues
- Distribute Hardware and use change control documents for auditing and information
Required skills:
- Keen communication skills when providing technical advice to both technical and non-technical staff and users
- Attention to detail when creating and updating reports
- Proficiency in Citrix workspace
- Working knowledge of Dell Hardware
- Samsung Phones / Tablets experience
