Service Desk Analyst – Three month initial contract
Location: Birmingham (Onsite)
Hourly Rate: £12.55 (Holiday inclusive)
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Centre Analyst who is customer focussed and able to provide extensive 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to join one of our reputable clients based in the Birmingham area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
- Support problem identification
- Advise users on appropriate course of action
- Monitor issues from start to resolution
- Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
- Provide essential online security advice and support
Key and Desired Skills
- Knowledge of AD (Active Directory)
- MUST have a minimum of 6 months experience on a Service Desk position
