The candidate will provide first line I.T support to an organisation within the public sector.
The role will involve assisiting customers and resolving issues as well as escalating incidents according to service levels.
The post holder should ensure that users are updated on the status and progress of the incidents logged as well as offering resolutions.
A key focus will be participation of development of work programmes within the sector as well as following procedures.
Administration duties must be completed to a high standard and the post holder needs to be proactive.
Experience of working in an ITIL environment and logging calls will be advantageous.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Active Directory will also be advantageous.
