Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Role: Temporary contract; Six months initially
Rate: £15 /hr Gross via Umbrella, including Holiday
Location: Black Country; Hybrid
Key duties:
- Providing general advice, guidance, and assistance for customers, contractors and third-party suppliers enquiries via multiple channels
- Supporting all end-users within the organisation and ensure their most efficient use of systems and peripherals
- Resolving tickets that are raised through our Service Desk but cannot be resolved at that point
- Utilise programmes to facilitate password resets, login/user permissions, and other relevant varied duties
Skills required:
- Experience using Active Directory including user and group administration, policies, and OU management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications and associated accessories
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Management Centre
- Experience supporting and administering Windows 10/11 desktop OS
- Experience supporting various mobile devices (iOS and Android)Great communication skills to appropriately deal with telephone enquiries, ensuring messages are passed on to the relevant team member as soon as possible, or direct the caller to the relevant team
- Keen initiative to deal with enquiries and routine matters unsupervised
- Effective prioritisation of work and responses
