Service Desk Analyst

£16.27 per hour (via an umbrella company)
Sat on a busy service desk for a well known organisation, you'll be responsible for logging and managing incoming calls through to resolution. The post holder must possess excellent communication skills and understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service. The post holder is required to work efficiently and professionally under pressure. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to make decisions while balancing the varying priorities of open calls.
The post holder is expected to have the aptitude to understand and work on computer hardware and software in varying configurations.

1+ year of call centre, IT or customer service experience
