Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst based in Elland (On-site).
The successful candidate must,
- Have a confident telephone manner
- Be able to offer 1st line IT support to users
- Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
- Escalate issues to the neccessary team when needed
Desirable skills
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Previous experience using Active Directory and Microsoft applications
Contract length: 3 months rolling
