The Service Desk role will support a Financial Services firm based in the City. The role will involve desktop support for approximately 150 users, as well as server support and exposure to trading and CRM systems.
Main tasks will include; responding to any day-to-day email and telephone user support queries, Setting up new starters with various IT hardware and software and providing support for Microsoft Office and O365 application packages.
The successful candudate will require;
- Financial Services experience (preferable)
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP topologies
- Desire to learn continually and to improve technical skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
This role does require somebdoy to come into the office to seupport end users.
