**New Opportunity – Service Manager, Financial Accounts **

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association on a remote opportunity, who are looking to recruit a Service Manager, Financial Accounts to start as soon as possible.

Title: Service Manager, Financial Accounts
Location: Remote - Attend Head Office as required for meetings
Salary: £65k – £70k per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm
Desirable Skills / Experience:

• Manage the finance team
• Lead on all statutory and management financial reporting
• Report income and expenditure using internal control systems
• Lead on cyclical budget and forecasting processes
• Act as key point of contact for stakeholders on all operational financial matters
• Lead on production, monitoring and reporting of performance against budgets
• Maintain accurate income accounting records

*Experience working within the Social Housing industry (essential)*

Systems / Qualifications:

• Fully Qualified ACCA or CIMA
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Advanced Excel skills
