Venn Group is currently working with a school based in Berkshire who are looking for a Site Controller. Below is a brief synopsis of the role;

Location: Berkshire

Duration: 6 weeks initially, with the possibility of going permanent

Rate: £14.77 - £16.99 per hour
Rota pattern: 06:30 – 14:30, 08:00 – 17:30 or 11:30 – 19:30 (Monday to Friday)

Day to day duties include:

• Carry out site maintenance and facilities functions as directed
• Complete repairs and maintenance to buildings and grounds
• Act as a key holder for the school premises
• Assist the Site Manager with Health and Safety matters
• Attend out of hours alarm call-outs, as necessary

Essential Skills for the role:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector
• COSHH qualification is desirable
