Venn Group is currently working with a social housing contractor in the Greater Manchester area who are recruiting for a Site Manager on a temporary to permanent contract.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar role.
The duties will include:

Planned work on kitchen & bathroom refurbishments on social housing

Manage trades operatives on site

Liaise with customers, clients and other team members to ensure all communications are effective

Carry out pre and post inspections on works completed on sites as well as risk assessments

Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
