Job Title: Stock Condition Surveyor

Venn Group has been approached by social housing provider within the North West to recruit for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 6 month ongoing temporary contract.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Stock Condition Surveyor.

Duties will include:

• Complete internal and external measurements, aiding and notifying the Surveying Works Team in diagnosing causes of building defects relating to fabric and structural failure or poorly performing assets of domestic dwellings and blocks of flats
• Ideally, you will also be able to conduct surveys for Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s)
• Ensure there is a robust asset information to forecast any long-term investment requirements
• Liaise with customers & in-house teams

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Building Surveying qualification (BSc, HND, HNC etc or equivalent) OR significant previous stock condition surveying experience
• Knowledge/ Understanding of Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
• Ideally hold a current Domestic Energy Assessor qualification – EPC

• Own transport (mileage paid)
