Rate: £12 PAYE INC Holiday Pay or £14 via an umbrella company
Venn Group is currently assisting a School who are looking for an Administrator to join their collaborative team and support the Admin Officer and HR Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with paperwork, incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Updating systems, entering data, and maintaining the internal database
- Record student absences
- Prepare and send out letters
- Provide support to the HR Manager
- Accurately monitor the shared email inbox
Successful candidate:
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Competent user to MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Confident communicator, both verbal & written
- Previous administration experience
