Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Support and Development Officer role who are a prestigious public sector organisation with offices in the South West.
Duties will include:
- The role will be focussed on guiding strategic HR initiatives around generalist HR matters, recruitment and retention.
- Use excellent interpersonal skills and be customer-orientated to deal with challenging and difficult individuals and groups at all levels (eg external stakeholders, consultants, doctors in training, other professional groups, senior managers, non-clinical individuals and suppliers).
- Liaison with Professional Support Case Managers regarding the coordination of professional support across the local area and Information management and reporting:
- The post holder will be able to support the wider team and ensure they work with their peers to understand and take responsibility to oversee the administrative function of that team during absence of the lead administrator.
- Responsible for maintaining and assuring the quality of data entered onto the system by the team and other stakeholders, and the quality of the products generated by team members when using the system.
- Support the Senior Business and Education Manager in the collection and analysis of data and in the production of reports as required.
- Information Asset Administrator for the local Support & Development Team.
- Timely and accurate information analysis and reporting with information in a suitable format for the relevant audience. Planning and organisation:
- Where necessary, undertake challenging conversations with external stakeholders in order to achieve satisfactory cooperation.
Essential Requirements:
- Evidence of CPD
- Experience of using Oracle
Desirable Requirements:
- Project management qualification (Such as PRINCE2)
