Venn Group is currently working with a well-established Charity who is recruiting for a number of Support Workers to join a highly-skilled team to promote independence amongst young people.

Hourly Rate: £13.80 PAYE or £15.00 through an umbrella company

Location: Berkshire

Duration: 3 months initially

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 / 13:00 – 21:30

Job Responsibilities:

• Support service users to learn budgeting techniques and daily life skills
• Signpost individuals to the appropriate agencies and provide liaison where necessary
• Communicate with external agencies
• Adhere to and maintaining individual support plans and comprehensive risk assessment to ensure the safety of service users

The Successful Candidate will have:

• A current enhanced DBS
• Experience within a similar role, including working with homelessness or substance misuse
