Support Worker required
Contract type: Ongoing temporary / Permanent
Working pattern: 06:00 - 15:00 | 15:00 – 22:00
Location: Bracknell
Rate of Pay: £24.860 Per Annum
Venn Group are looking for a Support worker to work for a 16 – 25 Leaving care accommodation service if you are anyone you know is looking for your next role please do get in touch
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- • Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers
- • Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
- • Supporting key customers to set personalised goals in the form of a Support Plan
- • Conducting regular key work sessions that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals
- • Ensuring ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers within an attitude of ‘positive risk taking’
- • Proactively manage risk and safety both in and outside of their physical living environment
The successful candidate will have:
- • Enhanced DBS (preferably on update service)
- • Experience in a similar role
