Location: Barnstaple
Contract duration: 3 Months (Temp with opportunity for permanent)
Hours: 40 (Can be flexible)
Salary: £15.42 -19.10 (VIA UMBRELLA)

Day to day responsibilities include:
- Manage caseload of high support needs service users
- Conduct risk assessments and provide trauma-informed support
- Collaborate with external agencies and attend multi-agency meetings
- Respond to crisis situations and write incident reports
- Ensure service users have access to maximum benefits
- Report to Operations Manager
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate client files.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills.
- Attend team meetings and case conferences to review veterans' progress.
- Carry out administrative tasks like paperwork, data entry, and scheduling.
- Assist with admissions and move-outs.
Essential criteria include:
- DBS on the update service or made with in the last year
- Have a car and a valid UK driving licence
