Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Contractor in Greater Manchester to recruit for a Surveyor on a permanent basis.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Surveyor, doing planned works.

The duties will include:

-      Develop and implement planned works projects in collaboration with the Planned Works Manager.

-      Conduct site surveys and prepare reports related to planned works initiatives.

-      Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects according to project objectives.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

-      A relevant degree in building surveying or construction management.

-      Relevant experience in planned works surveying or project management.

-      Proficient in the use of surveying tools and software.
