Venn Group are currently hiring for a Switchboard Operator to be based in Huddersfield
To provide a 24-hour, 7-day a week service (On a rota basis)
The inital contract is for 3 months
The successful candidate must,
- Have strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Provide a highly efficient and effective service
- Receive internal and external calls directing them as required
- Receive, handle and prioritise incoming correspondence
- Correctly advise and assist callers with queries/issues
- Monitor alarms across the site and escalate when needed
- Arrange transportation when required
- Document and record all calls following the correct procedures
- Have previous customer service experience
Previous experience in a Healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential
