Teachers’ Pension Scheme Consultant

The council have a need for consultancy support regarding the operation of the Teachers’ Pensions Scheme. To provide a comprehensive review of the Council’s approach as a scheme employer is necessary to ensure that returns, calculations, and administration are being effectively undertaken.
Key Responsibilities of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme Consultant :
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the current processes and procedures related to the Teachers’ Pensions Scheme
- Review the Council’s compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to the Teachers’ Pensions Scheme
- Assist in the implementation of recommended changes and improvements
Skills, experience and knowledge required of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme Consultant:
- The consultant must have extensive experience with the Teachers’ Pensions Scheme, particularly from an employer’s perspective
- Proven track record of successfully managing similar consultancy projects
