Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to work for a private sector organisation based in Birmingham.
This role is for 5 months, working 37.5 hours a week paying £17-£20/hr Umbrella.
This job role will be 1-2 days on site in Birmingham, the rest remote.
Must haves:
- Solid admin experience gained in an HR environment
- Must be adept at and confident in handling and being privy to confidential and highly sensitive information such as grievances, complaints, disputes etc.
- Must have extensive experience in taking meeting minutes and typing up notes within a fast paced environment
- Experience in booking meetings and meeting rooms
- Empathy and professionalism essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respectfully and tactfully liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties
