Venn Group has been approached by a Social Housing Contractor in Manchester to recruit for a Technical Inspector on a 3 month temporary ongoing basis.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Surveyor.

The duties will include:

• Complete damp and mould surveys on tenanted, void domestic properties as well as sheltered housing schemes 
• Log subsequent jobs as per National Federated SoR Codes  
• Input reports onto housing management system
• Liaise with subcontractors and in-house teams to complete work 
• Carry out post inspections ensuring the delivery of quality 

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Social Housing or local authority experience
• Driving Licence and Own transport (mileage paid)
• Computer literate 

Desirable Skills/Qualifications: 

• CSRT or CSTDB accreditation
