Venn Group are looking to speak with Technical Project Managers who are interested in joining a project which will have them assisting the joining of two local council organisations ICT departments, as they venture together toward a share services model. Critical previous experience required:

Prince 2 Qualified

Migration and decommissioning of large scale network upgrade

Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration

Be the key decision maker for day to day delivery of each project

Be excellent at handling project risk/issues/change control
Local authority / public sector experience is highly desirable as this will allow the post-holder to seamlessly transfer lessons learned to this role. There are no line management responsibilities in this role. This is a technical PM/SME role. The potholder will be expected to:

Gain immediate buy in from stakeholders

Quickly establish excellent working relationships from both council organisations

Assist both ICT departments in reaching objectives to support their ambitious plans

Produce high quality support processes for post project handover materials
